Never thought there was anything better than coffee until I came across the taste of matcha tea. I am certified in coffee via the Specialty Coffee Association in Florence, Italy.
Coming from a real coffee country Brazil and working as a barista in both Australia and Italy before I came to Holland. I never believed there to be anything better to drink.
But the vivid green color of the Matcha tea got my attention.
the unique flavor intrigued me. How could such a delicate grinded tea leave have so many health benefits?
It was after drinking it at a daily base I soon experienced the incredible effects in mind and body.
Research let me to go to Japan and learn from the tea masters themselves on the Japanese Green Tea farms. From picking the tea, grinding the leaves and discovering the best multiple ways to prepare.
It became my personal mission to understand matcha to its fullest, Quality and Freshness of this product is essential to bring the best benefits out.
How great would it be if I could bring the highest quality I could find to Holland and make it accessible for everyone to drink and make in the comfort of there homes.
